Tight Shot Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. The Tight Shot Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Media General Operations, Inc. d/b/a Jackson County Floridan.   The geographic scope of this Contest is Alabama, Georgia and Florida.  Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.  Void where prohibited by law.  By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.  
3. This Contest is executed on http://dothaneagle.upickem.net/engine/Welcome.aspx?contestid=60831 (“Contest Site”).  Contest begins on June 3, 2012 and ends on September 28, 2012 (“Promotion Period”).  The final entry deadline is September 27, 2012 at 11:59 a.m.  Central Standard Time (“CST”). The Jackson County Floridan’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.
4. Contest consists generally of the three (3) following phases weekly, which are described in more detail below in these Official Rules:
   1. Phase One – (Weekly, June 3, 2012 through September 27, 2012, Sunday and Tuesday -Thursday): The Jackson County Floridan will run a weekly series of photos (a different photo each day) from a single location in the area.
   2. Phase Two – Public Entry Period (June 3, 2012 through September 27, 2012, Sunday and Tuesday -Thursday): Readers will be asked to identify the location of the week’s photos. Visitors can go to the online Contest Site at jcfloridan.com, purchase a Jackson County Floridan or visit the Jackson County Floridan office located at 4403 Constitution Lane, Marianna, Florida 32448 and submit their “guess” on the location of the photos weekly. 
   3. Phase Three – Winner Announcement (June 3, 2012 through September 27, 2012,): At the conclusion of the Weekly Public Entry Period, Jackson County Floridan will randomly select one (1) winner from all correct entries on  Friday of each week, subject to verification of eligibility.

ELIGIBILITY

5. Contest is open only to legal Alabama, Georgia and Floridan residents, eighteen (18) years old or older at the time of entry.
6. Employees of any of the Contest Entities and the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, siblings or children) and households (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win.
7. One winner per household during the contest period.

PRIZES 

Prizes (1): The weekly winner will receive a $50 Gift Certificate to Grocery Outlet.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

All details of all prizes shall be at Jackson County Floridan’s sole discretion. Gift certicate prizes and are subject to any additional terms or restrictions imposed by issuing company.  Winners assume sole responsibility for all costs associated with the prizes not explicitly outlined above, including without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes (if any), fees, and surcharges on a prize.
